As Managing Partner, Abdulhamid leads the firm’s strategic direction, advisory methodology, client engagement model, service quality, and regional expansion. His extensive experience advising senior government leaders, public institutions, and international organizations—including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), brings a unique perspective to addressing complex governance, economic development, institutional transformation, and sustainability challenges.
Mr. Alzaidi is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Esnad International Management Consulting, and has led the firm’s strategic growth and advisory practice for more than three decades across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors throughout the Gulf region.
In addition to leading Esnad International Management Consulting, Abdulhamid serves in several governance and advisory capacities, including his role as President of the Kuwaiti Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, reflecting his long-standing commitment to institutional development, ethical leadership, and professional excellence.
